Aesthetic and energy refurbishment of a duplex unit.
The building, with its mismatched colour finishes and typical elements of 1970s architecture, was completely renovated through an attentive study of colours, restoring harmony and visual balance to the architectural whole.
The project involved the installation of external wall insulation, the replacement of the windows, and the redesign of the facades, including lighting, to highlight the architecture also in the evening.
